Led cross-functional teams toward achieving various manufacturing objectives. Supported domestic/international manufacturing activities, suppliers and customers. Met new program launch objectives at 5 plants that included new capital, tooling and gauging. Developed $30M manufacturing plan as part of a China joint venture feasibility team. Manufacturing Supervisor, Process Engineer and Quality Engineer, TRW - Steering and Suspension Systems

Performed engineering and hourly manufacturing supervision work. Supervised 30 production operators, managed production and handled union grievances. Was responsible for leadership and process improvement for powder coating department. Provided process/quality engineering support of various manufacturing and assembly departments. Served as liaison and provided manufacturing support at new Japanese manufacturing joint venture startup. Proposed new technologies through process and standard cost development programs.
