Experience as Expert Witness:
Deposed as expert witness on a dispute between an owner (Flying J) and a contractor on the construction of a Flying J service station in Houston, TX.
Provided engineering plan review services in a dispute between a sewer contractor (Nix Construction) and the owner (North Davis Sewer District). Reviewed construction and sewer film to determine how closely the construction matched the design.
Reviewed plans and provided opinion on engineering and construction inconsistencies related to the construction of an Exxon Station in Elwood, Utah. Dispute was between the engineer and the contractor.
Deposed as an engineering expert in a dispute between two developers of a large subdivision.
Acted as expert witness in dispute between a City in Idaho, a developer of a subdivision, and an excavator. Work involved modeling an as built sewer to prove it would function adequately as-installed.
