Field Engineer, Ford Motor Company
Was responsible for conveyor, process layout, installation management, debug of various plant-wide projects at direction of Ford Motor Company Vehicle Operations. This Project coincided with project management support For Lesco Design & Manufacturing Company. Responsibilities included determining line lengths, speeds, and cycle times. Engineering calculation including chain pulls and kip loads. Detail design of conveyor layout inclusive of header and screen guard steel, demolition layouts and the detail/fabrication drawings.
Project Manager, B-750 School Bus Chassis/Detroit Chassis Plant, Detroit, Michigan
Was responsible for the B-750 Bus Chassis Program including implementation of all facilities and tooling to the existing facility with existing product lines and manufacturing feasibility studies. Industrial engineering responsibilities included tear down and process development of prototype chassis and determine build facility requirement from collected teardown information. Oversaw facility design of Roll test and Toe-in processes. Determine and coordinate purchase and installation of tooling, fixtures and aids required to support production. Produce bid specification and complete bid package. Qualify all bidders and work with the production facility in choosing the successful bidder. Coordinate all field actions of the successful bidder to assure the facility met all requirements.
Project Manager, Rapistan Corporation, Farmington Hills, Michigan
In charge of the development of component delivery conveyor systems for over the road semi-truck trailers. This program included trailer conveyor concepts thru detail design drawings and fabrication for the new General Motors Grand River Facility in Lansing Michigan.

Oversaw the development of miscellaneous Body Shop Conveyor revisions at the General Motors Lansing Small Car Plant. Responsibilities included detail conveyance layout and fabrication drawings. Responsible for the installation layouts and details drawings for the rework the existing Elpo/Phosphate power and free system.
