Before you begin, please note that unless otherwise labeled, the simulations have been saved as "AVI" files. We suggest using the latest version of Windows Media Player (Microsoft's answer for delivery of multimedia content) for playback. If you do not already have it, you may download it for free at http://microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/download. A few of the files have been saved as QuickTime movie files and are so noted. QuickTime is Apple's multi-platform software architecture for multimedia content. We suggest utilizing the latest version of QuickTime. If you do not already have it, you may download it for free at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/. If you experience difficulties with playback of these files, please make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player and/or QuickTime installed on your system and that your browsers is configured to play "AVI" and "MOV" files using either the Media Player or QuickTime plug-in.

This simulation shows a passenger vehicle traversing a bumpy road surface. The cumulative stresses to the suspension and body structure will be added to stresses from other road surface simulations such as washboard, pothole, chatterstrip, etc. to create a complete proving ground simulation. The results are then used to determine design durability and critical fatigue points.
This simulation demonstrates a vehicle lane change simulation that is used to gauge vehicle dynamics.
This simulated pothole event is part of a complete proving ground test schedule.
This simulation demonstrates component analysis of a connecting rod in operation.
