KKAI Lead Consultants are associates with the ability to sell their own consulting services from within the parameters of the KKAI system, who are able to bring in other world-class expert personnel from within the KKAI roster of associates as required by the needs of the project. Lead Consultants are more than just project managers, providing a true "hands-on" approach to oversight and control of the project through direct involvement in all project related activities.

Successful candidates will have a BS degree related to their field of expertise, diverse hands-on experience, good teamwork and team-building talents, proven management qualities, and an established associate support network. Primary responsibilities include client contact/sales, project management, and personal participative action. These exciting opportunities are especially well-suited for recently or semi-retired engineering managers and experts who wish to work from their present locations and exercise an entrepreneurial approach to project selection and management.
