Performed dozens of ventilation system evaluation audits for health care facilities. Developed the audit program including a quantitative measurement of the ventilation system's actual air changes per hour in different zones within a room. Conducted assessment using an airborne particle decay technique, which allows areas of poor ventilation or dead air spaces within a room to be identified. Managed teams of industrial hygienists in the performance of large multiple site industrial hygiene and indoor air quality assessments for municipal and industrial clients. These projects involved employee and building occupant interviews, evaluation of potential hazards, air sampling and bulk sampling for bioaerosols and chemical agents, laboratory data assessment, and development of corrective action plans. Managed and performed health and safety audits of 37 hydroelectric and fossil-fuel generating stations operated by a major US utility company. The five-month project was conducted as part of a due diligence real-estate divestiture and included site assessments and review of health and safety programs, recordkeeping, training and implementation of programs. Managed and performed hundreds of asbestos and lead assessments, complex abatement designs and remediation monitoring projects with total project revenues in excess of ten million dollars. Clients included metropolitan rail systems, local and state government agencies, commercial real estate management corporations, fortune 500 manufacturing firms, and legal firms.

Was responsible for all technical operations, client management, and business development; providing leadership, direction and focus to a twenty person staff.
