Directed the design and implementation of enterprise-wide performance improvement programs in numerous manufacturing industries, including industrial OEM, consumer products, automotive, packaging and food. The overall objectives of these engagements were to create significant performance improvements with the development of a supply chain strategy, designing and implementing end-to-end business processes, integrating suppliers with customers, moving to pull-based replenishment to reduce the total cost structure, increase asset performance, customer service and cycle time. Enterprise-wide improvements have focused on the end-to-end business processes beginning with new product development through delivery of the product to the customer. Improvements include reductions in cycle times ranging from 70% to 90”%, cost structure improvements ranging from 20% to 65%, quality improvements from 30% to 70% and customer service improvement from 10% to 20%, while reducing inventory by over 60%.

Directed enterprise-wide assessments of major business entities for key client executives to define opportunities to create competitive advantages and improve shareholder value. The scope of assessments required analyses of the enterprise end-to-end and resulted in the design and implementation of major improvements to improve service to customers, reduce the total landed cost structure and improve working capital.
