Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Consulting Firm Performed over 1,000 indoor environmental quality assessments in public and private facilities related to building design flaws, inferior construction, uncontrolled moisture, unplanned airflow, poor housekeeping, and adverse health effects. Evaluated over 500 questionnaires focusing on the historical, medical, and psychosocial aspects of occupant complaints. Developed project specifications for the removal of over 5,000,000 square ft of water-damaged and microbially impacted building materials in more than 150 residential, educational, commercial, and industrial buildings.
