This consultant has presented technical seminars to organizations and industries on lean manufacturing, effective heat treatment techniques, ZINC Phosphate coatings per TT-C490D, Nickel phosphate coatings, Iron Manganese alloy (FE-MnP) phosphate electro-less coatings as per Federal Specification DOD-P16232-F. In addition, this consultant has presented technical lectures to a Postgraduate School of Engineering on the effect of temperature and other variable factors on materials development.
This consultant has designed and patented an electrochemical process for use to deposit nano alloy films of Fe-Mn or any other hard to deposit metal alloys of intermediate composition for automotive, aerospace, giant magneto resistive head manufacturing and sacrificial corrosion protection by galvanic action on substrate.
