Hal Skinner, Ph.D., Lead Consultant 

Hal Skinner, Ph.D., has more than a decade of experience in the fields of epidemiology and biomedical research. Since joining Kevin Kennedy Associates in 2007, Hal has applied his skills to a wide range of projects in the biomedical and life sciences. He has served as project manager for litigation projects ranging from medical malpractice to intellectual property disputes. As an expert and project manager, he has lead teams in carrying out a due-diligence analysis of a life-sciences technology company for a private equity firm, and in the conceptualization of a medical device.

Hal manages commercial projects related to the design and development of novel medical devices and therapeutics, litigation projects involving medical claims or medical technology, and due-diligence evaluations for life-sciences acquisitions.

In addition to his work with Kevin Kennedy Associates, Hal maintains an active research program investigating the epidemiology of cancer, and is active in his community participating in cancer outreach organizations.

Hal is a graduate of Wesleyan University, the University of Miami (MPH), and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Ph.D.).
