Tom weisgerber, Vice president of engineering

Tom Weisgerber’s favorite challenge: the next one. Over the course of his 40-year career as an engineer, manager, and all-around problem solver, Tom has earned a reputation for rising to any occasion. That’s part of what helped him earn numerous patents, industry awards, and a spot among the first round of inductees in the Delphi Automotive Systems Hall of Fame.

Today, that same drive makes Tom an invaluable part of our team in his role as vice president of engineering. The position is a perfect one for Tom. It allows him to leverage both his engineering knowledge and his panache for strategic leadership.

Tom’s day-to-day responsibilities include providing counsel to upper management, guiding marketing efforts, forging new relationships with new expert associates, and overseeing quality control on ongoing projects. And even though his role as a vice president is demanding, Tom still finds time to do on-site consulting for clients.

Tom is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a past member of the school’s Mechatronics Industrial Advisory Board.
